Get the lower or upper bound

Returns
Lower of Upper Bound
Parameters
[in]mode<0 for lower bound; >0 for upper bound

Get the current Rule Mode

Returns
Returns the current mode (1 for Gaussian; 0 for Raw)

Parameters

Remarks
