Refine the simulation

Returns
Newly refined Grid.
Parameters
[in]dbinInput grid Db structure

Remarks
For each dimension of the space, if N stands for the number of
nodes in the input grid, the number of nodes of the output grid
will be (N-1) * 2^p + 1 where p is the param.getNmult()
